We have developed our Easi Clean Mobile Window Cleaning System using FibreGlass or Carbon Fibre Waterfed Poles to deliver 100% pure water to the window or façade surface. This is a ladder-less cleaning system.

Our vehicles are fitted with onboard tanks so that we do not have to use our clients' water supply or stand pipes.

The water treatment system at our office base utilises Reverse Osmosis and mixed bed de-mineralising resin to produce 100% pure laboratory grade water. The nature of water in this de-mineralised state is to strive to return to its natural impure state by actively absorbing all dirt, chemicals and minerals it comes across, unbelievable but true. When used for window cleaning the window isn't just clean it's left totally sterile. As no chemicals or detergents are used, the process is also environmentally friendly. Traditional window cleaning leaves a sticky soap residue, which attracts fresh dirt back to the window, nasty. Provided the correct procedure is used the final rinse dries to a perfect finish. For optimum effect the windows need to be cleaned no less than once a month.

The precedent has been set by the replacement window industry, where glass used to produce double glazed sealed units is washed and rinsed using de-mineralised water prior to assembly. This is the reason that sealed units will remain optically perfect for many years, until the seal is damaged.

In an effort to combat increasing restrictions by the Health & Safety GS25 relating to the use of ladders we decided to look for alternative ways to clean windows and developed our own system using components available. This system has been used in America for over 30 years.

The advantages are no ladders, cradles, fall ropes, boson chairs, or hydraulic platforms. Completely safe for the operative and any pedestrians about, it allows a safe working working environment for everyone. The need to ask for cars to be moved has dropped dramatically.

And a final note, some windows that were virtually impossible to clean using ladders can now be accessed safely and cleaned.
